Nice post, Aaron. As a user, sitting on the sideline, I love hearing about this stuff. Bottom line, I refer to my favorite rule for communications supporting desired outcomes: "satisfaction is a function of expectation." When expectations are honestly expressed, real trust and understanding begin. Everyone can feel confident that if expectations are met, the everyone will be satisfied.
